"Hello, World!"

First of all, thank you for being with me through the journey of my life from survival to success.

 

I am a very optimistic person who strives for the best version of myself.

I mean, life is too interesting to be stoic.

 

Just to briefly introduce my short but dynamic life,

 

Born in Seoul, South Korea

Moved to Auckland, NZ at the age of 12

Obsessed with visual art subejcts during high school; photography, painting, 3D design, and art history

Studied Bachelor of Architecture

Worked full time as a flight attendant, so had to take a break from University

Moved to Japan and lived there for 9 months, helping some real estate agents with their English.

Moved to Melbourne and became a real estate agent.

I wanted to study at university when I could afford the tuition fees without having debt, so I decided to work early in my life.

 

However, I've never really been financially educated throughout my life.

 

I've always wondered about how money and debt work.

And as I became a real estate agent, I had to study a lot of laws, regulations, and tips and tricks that people use to make their lives simpler and easier.

 

I wanted to share this information for someone who couldn't have financial education just like me.

These pieces of information are from books, podcasts, news, and YouTube videos.

 

I am not a financial advisor; however, you are welcome to use my notes to leverage your quality of life.
